XEFE-TV
XEFE is the television call sign for the Televisa television station in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. The channel can also be seen in the Laredo, Texas market. In addition to local news and programming, XEFE also airs a selection of programming from Televisa's XHGC-TV and XHTV. XEFE slogan is Tu Canal Familiar (Your Family Channel).
Digital Transition
By Mexican law XEFE will be required to turn off its analog signal and transition to Digital Television. According to law, XEFE has from January 1, 2016 - December 31 2018 to broadcast in digital signal although this station may at its discretion broadcast DTV before law requires it to.[1]
