KRIO-FM
KRIO-FM (104.1 FM, "El Compa") is a radio station broadcasting a regional Mexican music format. Licensed to Pearsall, Texas, USA, the station serves the San Antonio area. The station is currently owned by BMP Radio and licensed to BMP San Antonio License Company, L.P.[1]
History
The station was assigned the call letters KMMG on 2001-09-17. On 2002-08-22, the station changed its call sign to the current KRIO then on 2002-09-11 to KMFR and on 2004-04-12 back to the current KRIO.[2]
