Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia

Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia (CRVA) is the peak National Tourism Body for the caravanning, camping, other RV products and holiday parks industry, with responsibility for tourism marketing within Australia[1], as well as research and forecasting for domestic trends.

The organisation was formed on 1 July 1992 by the separate Caravanning Industry State Associations of Australia. CRVA has since become heavily involved in tourism lobbying, working in conjunction with Tourism Australia[2] and National Tourism Alliance [3] in order to form optimal conditions for growth of the Australian Caravanning Industry.

The organisation recently launched the popular national marketing campaign 'Caravanning and Holiday Parks - Where people come together' with the objective to encourage more Australians to enjoy the great outdoors with a caravanning holiday.
